Q. I do not have a 'PayPal' account, can I still order online? A. Yes. You can still order online using the secure PayPal gateway with your Visa or Mastercard without the need to have, or create, a PayPal account. We also accept EFT payments via internet banking, but please allow a couple of days for EFT payments to clear. Click here for more info on payment options.
Q. Can I pick up my packing boxes? A. Unfortunately not. To keep costs and prices low, we only cater for online sales where we deliver. You do not have to be home to receive your order, so long as you have somewhere dry and secure where they can be left in your absence. If you need your boxes in a real hurry, we may still be able to assist you – simply email or ring us and we will answer your questions immediately.
Q. Can I order less than $60 worth? A. Similar to above, at this stage we cannot cater for orders below $60 as we do not have a retail outlet. However, if your order is close to $60 and your delivery address is in the eastern suburbs, we may be able to add you to our daily deliveries. Simply email or text your proposed order and delivery address to for a prompt response.
Q. Do I have to be home to receive my order? A. No, so long as you nominate a dry, secure place (ie a garage, carport, porch, etc) where they can be left in your absence, then there is no need for you to be home to receive your boxes.
Q. I hired boxes and am now finished with them, what do I do now? A. Simply email us to advise that you would like your packing boxes picked up and your deposit refunded. Please advise your new address, the number of boxes to be returned and ensure that all boxes are disassembled (flat packed) and in a reasonable condition (ie not water-damaged or torn). We will then work out the best time for the boxes to be picked up. On the day of pick up, boxes can be left in a dry, secure place for pick up so that you do not have to wait around. Please note that only the deposit is refundable - the full purchase price on unused boxes can not be refunded. Please see the Hire Process for more info.
Q. I need to order boxes but live outside of your delivery zone, can I still order? A. Simply email or phone us to check and we will let you know immediately. Alternatively, we may be able to arrange a special "out of zone" delivery for a fee.
Q. I purchased boxes from you a while ago and no longer need them, do you recycle? A. Possibly. Depending on how many boxes you want to get rid of, and where you need them picked up from, we may be able pick them up from you. Please note that this option is completely at our discretion. Simply email us with the details and we will let you know immediately.
Q. Do you recycle other company's boxes? A. Possibly. If the cardboard cartons are professional moving boxes in a reasonable condition, then we may be able to purchase and pick them up from you. Simply email us with the details and the pick up address and we will reply promptly.
Q. What is your refund policy? A. If you have had your boxes delivered but changed your mind, we may be able to refund your purchase price at our discretion. Conditions apply, including, notification must be within 24 hours of delivery, and none of the products have been used. Delivery, processing and pickup charges of a minimum $40 will apply (this will increase for large orders that take up more space in delivery van and / or orders that are further from Box Hill in distance). Please check box sizes carefully before ordering - we are not obliged to refund if you make a mistake. If you have ordered boxes and wish to cancel an order that has not been yet been delivered, then we may be able to refund your payment at our discretion. Conditions apply, including (but not limited to) notification to cancel must be at least 24 hours prior to scheduled delivery.
